MAIN FEATURES |
The T7E Lathes have the same basic
features and standard equipment as the T7 series with exactly the same
turning system with two hydraulic copiers, but with the following
substantial differences:
• S a ddle advance, using lead screw with precision recirculating balls for
max. accuracy.
• Automatic work cycle acquisition with electronic control c apable of
storing upto 5 different cycles.
• Infinitively variable, prog r amma ble saddle feed speed. |

• Revolving steady for max.
65x65 mm square with reducing bush.
• Revolving steady for max. 100x100 mm square with reducing bush and
pre-cutting tool that has interchangeable knife inserts.
• Drawing tool support.
• Pre-cut tool for rounding 20x20x100 mm.
• Drive centre with interchangeable jaws Ø 26 and 45 mm.
• Revolving tailstock centre with 12 mm Ø.
• 2 Tantung gouges, radius 0,6 and 3,5 mm.
• 2 Vertical mechanical saddles complete with tools for dowel pins (1
right - 1 left).
• 1 Dust extraction collector Ø 100 mm.
